Christmas and New Year Delivery/Shipping Information

Our last posting day before Christmas will be Thursday the 20th of December, any orders placed by 12 noon on Thursday the 20th will be despatched that day.
Orders placed later than 12 noon will NOT be shipped until after Christmas.
After that date we will be officially 'on holiday' and spending time with our families! Our site will still be open for business but we will not be despatching any more orders until Thursday the 3rd of January.

Ordering Information

To place an order, simply click the Add to Basket button next to the product. Select the method of postage required, then click on 'checkout'. Enter your details on the form and select your payment method. If you are using a credit or debit card you will be redirected to a secure online payment page (Paypal) to complete your transaction. If paying by cheque you will be given details of where to send your payment.
We regret that we are currently not able to take telephone orders.

If you wish to order an item that is currently out of stock please contact us and we will order one in for you and give an estimated delivery time.

Postage and Delivery

All Poppy's Toys prices are fully inclusive of postage within the UK.
Our usual method of delivery is Royal Mail 1st class. This will normally take 1-2 working days to reach you after the order has been despatched.
Please note that some larger, higher-value orders will be posted using Royal Mail's Standard Parcel service. This will take slightly longer to reach you, usually 4-5 working days. Please check the product description to check whether this applies to an item you wish to order.

Please note that the boxes which toys are shipped in cannot be considered gift boxes (unless otherwise stated in the product description). The packing boxes are simply designed to protect toys in transit. We use recycled packaging wherever possible.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from Poppy's Toys. However if you are unhappy, you may return it for a refund within 28 days. It must be in its original packaging and still in 'as new' condition (unless you are returning it because it is faulty).

Please include the original invoice to allow us to process your return promptly. Write a note on the invoice explaining why you are returning the goods. If you are returning goods that are damaged/faulty we will refund your postage costs for return. If you are returning good for any other reason then your postage costs will not be refunded.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order starting from the time you place the order and ending on the expiry of 7 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received. Please notify us of your intentions and return the goods within the 7-day cooling-off period. Goods must be in their original condition and packaging.

When returning goods it is advisable to obtain a certificate of postage. Please ask at your local Post Office for advice.

Privacy Policy

It is our policy never to sell or pass on your personal details to any other organisation. This includes your name, postal or e-mail addresses and the details submitted on the order form. The information on the order form is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
